Refund and Return Policy
At Fisoew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we aim to process it quickly.
Before Processing: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at Service@fisoew.com as soon as possible.
After Processing: If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then proceed with the return process.
Changes: Contact and delivery information can only be updated before the order is shipped. Please note that all cancellations require email confirmation from our team.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have30 calendar days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Refunds and Fees
1. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items (Full Refund) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at Service@Fisoew.com with photos of the issue.
Result: For verified quality issues, shipping damage, or incorrect items sent by us, we will provide a Full Refund. We will cover the necessary shipping costs in this specific scenario.
2. Standard Returns (Subjective Reasons) For returns due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size, didn't like the style/color, or slight color differences due to monitor settings):
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover processing and handling.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Fisoew does not provide return shipping labels for standard returns.
Result: We will refund the item price minus the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund or reject the return if the item shows signs of use, wash, damage caused by the customer, or missing tags/packaging.
Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Method: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We do not refund to third-party accounts or alternative methods.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale / Clearance: All items marked "Clearance," "Final Sale," or with a discount of 70% or more are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless confirmed defective.
Hygiene: Custom products and personal care goods cannot be returned.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
