1. Order Processing Time
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-2 business days to process your order and 9-12 business days for shipping time. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Standard Processing: For most orders , we process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. During holidays,order processing time may be extended to 2-4 business days

- Tracking Number: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your Fisoew account and navigating to “My Orders”.
- Tracking Updates: The carrier will update the tracking information as your package moves through the shipping process (e.g., “Dispatched from warehouse”, “In transit”, “Out for delivery”, “Delivered”). Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
5. Shipping Information & Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping information (including full name, street address, city, postal code, country, and phone number) when placing your order. Please note the following:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information (e.g., missing apartment number, wrong postal code, misspelled city name) may result in delivery delays, lost packages, or returned orders. We are not responsible for any additional costs or delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the address, and you will need to contact the carrier directly for assistance.
