Returns & Refunds

  • Yes, we accept returns and offer refunds, with the exception of certain special circumstances. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. You have30 calendar days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

  • 1. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items (Full Refund) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at Service@fisoew.com with photos of the issue.

    Result: For verified quality issues, shipping damage, or incorrect items sent by us, we will provide a Full Refund. We will cover the necessary shipping costs in these scenario.

    2. For returns due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size, didn't like the style/color, or slight color differences due to monitor settings):

    Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover processing and handling.

    3.Refund Processing
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
    Final Sale / Clearance: All items marked "Clearance," "Final Sale," or with a discount of 70% or more are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless confirmed defective.

    Hygiene: Custom products and personal care goods cannot be returned.

    Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

    When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

    If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and make a payment. You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.
