To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original packaging with all original tags attached.
Initiate a Return: Contact us at Service@fisoew.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Authorization: We will review your request. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Ship the Item: Once approved, please contact customer service to obtain the return address information.You must include your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
