Stripe Zipper Jacket With Pleated Skirt Sets

This striped sport set is adorable. Aside from that, the skirt:High waisted, goes up past my navel which I like so the band doesn't get caught on my belly button ring. The skirt is long enough to cover my bum without me feeling exposed, and the shorts that are attached help ease my comfort on the golf course as well. The pleats are all the way around and give the skirt a very fun flow that makes it feel playful when wearing. The jacket:Zips all the way down and up easily, with a sturdy zipper that is sewn in well. The collar likes to fold down on the sides when putting it up, but just means you get to be a baddie and "pop ya collar" here and there. The cuffs are a little wide, which leaves me 50/50 on if I like them or not. On one hand I love that they're a little open to catch a breeze up mu sleeve, but on the other end I like a cuff that doesn't allow that as well, especially if I'm wearing this jacket during cooler months. I do love the piping on the back and how crisp the striping is on the entire outfit. I also adore how I can wear these together as a set or separately. I put the jacket on today, as it was overcast, with some leggings and a tank top under and it was really cute on and I even got a compliment when I was running errands.Lastly, I enjoy how the feeling of the outside material sort of brings me back to my childhood when windbreaker-jackets and pant sets were a hype statement. It's got that same sort of feel/sound when it moved against each other which is nostalgic, and not annoying or anything. I'll admit, this set is MUCH more breathable than what we had back then, though. LolI would buy this set again, and I'm glad I got it in this beautiful burgundy/wine color.

Ordered this outfit being quite skeptical that I will end up wearing both pieces together, it is a lot of stripes. But it arrived and I like it better than I would have guessed.It is a windbreaker like material so lightweight and easy to move in. The skirt has built in spandex type shorts with a pocket and the skirt itself has a wide elastic waistband.The jacket is a full zip and is nice and breathable.I would say it runs true to size, I’m typically an xs and ordered a small, is plenty roomy, could have ordered smaller.

I have mixed feelings about this two piece set. The material is a lightweight moisture wicking material so great for Summer activities. The size and color are as expected. It does feel comfortable and breathable when wearing. However, my issues start with the jacket. It is quite a bit larger than it needs to be with the matching skirt. The skirt band also poses some problems. I feel like it was a cheap way to pull the outfit together for fit. Had an elastic waistband or drawstring been used, I think it would have made the fit more customizable.

The jacket is fully lined while the skirt has shorts in a coordinating color underneath.I feel like the fit is generous.I generally love sporty jacket and pleated skirt combinations like this, but the fabric, especially the print, kills the set for me. I didn’t realize when I ordered this set how bold the print is. It seems old fashioned to me, like something I would expect to see long dresses made from in an 1890’s period movie.I rated the set four stars because the pieces are well made and of good quality. Someone who likes this particular fabric might really love the set.

I ordered the black in a size small per the size guide. I am 5’6”, 120 lbs and 36c cup for reference. This was definitely oversized on me to the point it was just not flattering.The set itself is very well made with no defects in the craftsmanship found. The material is lightweight, soft and airy. I liked you can wear the jacket zipped up partially or all the way, creating different looks, making this versatile.Overall, this is a well made, lightweight tennis or golf outfit which runs big. This is a fair value for whst you receive.

I am not a small girl, but I am trying to update my mom frump to more stylish and cute things - this was not it.No Jacket Pockets: A big drawback for an athletic/tennis jacket is the complete lack of pockets. You can't comfortably hold tennis balls, a phone, or keys.Cheap Waistband: The waistband feels thin, flimsy, and lacks structure or good elasticity, which makes the bottoms feel cheap.Bottom Line: Great concept and cute design visually, but the execution, fit, and missing functional features make it hard to recommend for actual sports or everyday wear.
